Beat (ビート Beat) is the main character of the Jet Set Radio series. He is an unlockable character in Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania, and can be purchased as DLC in Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble.
Appearance[]
Beat wears an orange shirt bearing the katakana of his name (ビート), black/blue long pants, sunglasses with neon green lenses that appear to have sound waves going through them, black fingerless gloves, and large gray headphones. His hair is burgundy brown and very short, and his skates are mainly yellow and orange with neon green wheels. The back of his shirt has a stylized black record symbol on it. He also wears a gray wrist device on his left arm.
In Banana Rumble, Beat now sports an orange sweater with his name on it similar to his older shirt ( this time on the front left of his shirt ) a, blue sweat pants, yellow, green, and red roller skates. His sunglasses are now gray, and his headphones now gradually go from black, to a darker gray, to a lighter gray, with a small red line in between the black and darker gray colors. Finally his wrist device is now a lighter blue, and he has a yellow Band-Aid under his left eye.
