Cobalt Caverns is the sixth world in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz and fourth in Super Monkey Ball 2: Sakura Edition.
Description[]
The world takes place inside a huge, damp cavern with a pool of water beneath it. There are large, pillar-like structures in the cave, and the cave is mostly purple and blue in color. Stages are decorated with mushrooms; and in some stages, mushrooms also appear as platforms. The world features flat, light violet, jellyfish-like enemies that slink around on the floor and cannot be defeated in any way, unlike enemies in previous worlds.
In Banana Blitz HD, the color palette is much more limited, with most of the cave being a similar shade of blue, and the water is now opaque instead of translucent.
