Cobalt Caverns - Stage 2 is the 2nd stage of the 6th world, Cobalt Caverns, in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz (HD).
Description[]
This stage features platforms which lift the player up to a set of parallel bars, which he or she must traverse to reach the goal. These platforms are circular and surround a large, circular tower. There is a bridge at the beginning. There are stationary, circular platforms surrounding this tower as well. The goal is in the air, located above the end of the parallel bar set.
Goal Tutorial[]
To get to the goal, roll along the bridge, but stop at the end of it, and wait until the first moving circular platform arrives. Once it arrives, hop onto it, and wait on it until the next and final moving circular arrives. Once it arrives, hop onto it and wait on it reaches the top of the tower. Be more careful when hopping onto it as it has a much smaller width than the first moving circular platform. Once you are at the top, hop onto the parallel bar set, and roll down it until you come close to the goal. When you are close to the goal, hop into it.
Changes in Banana Blitz HD[]
The parallel bars have been replaced with a moderately narrow, chartreuse balancing beam, which retains the sharp slope of the bars in the original version, providing increased difficulty.
