Cobalt Caverns - Stage 4 is the 4th stage of Cobalt Caverns in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz (HD).
Description[]
This stage features tiles, which flip over and are colored chartreuse on one side and orange on the other. There are descending stairs at the beginning, a red-capped mushroom, and bananas. There is also a bumper, indigo sides, and red, indigo, and green-capped mushrooms along the sides. There are more descending stairs after the first tile set. More flipping tiles are then found, which are in a 5x5 grid. At the end, there is an ascending staircase, which has the goal.
Goal Tutorial[]
To get to the goal, roll along the the first staircase and across the flipping tiles. Hop whenever you are coming across a flipping tile. Repeat this pattern until you come to the next staircase. Roll down it, and roll along the next tile set, and hop when necessary. Then, hop up the final staircase and into the goal.
Changes in Banana Blitz HD[]
The player is met with more resistance when moving from one tile to another, increasing the likelihood of bouncing when running across them too quickly. The colors on the sides of the tiles are no longer switched around half way through the first line of tiles.
