Cobalt Caverns - Stage 5 is the 5th stage of the 6th world, Cobalt Caverns, in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz (HD).
Description[]
This stage features three sets of parallel bars, each in a different arrangement, which the player must traverse. There is a long pathway with mushrooms and bumpers. There are three red-capped mushrooms between this pathway and a platform that has the beginning of the first parallel bar set. Other circular platforms are featured between parallel bar set transitions. The outsides of the circular platforms are indigo. The goal is located at the end of the last parallel bar set, which is high up.
Goal Tutorial[]
To get to the goal, roll along the pathway, and hop across the red-capped mushrooms. Then, get on the first parallel bar set, and roll along it until you come to the next parallel bar set. Hop on this set, and roll along it but more carefully since it is curvy. Then, hop and roll along the next and final set. Roll as fast as possible while being careful in order to make it into the goal. You will likely need to jump ahead a bit since your speed will likely not carry you all the way into the goal without jumping.
Changes in Banana Blitz HD[]
The parallel bars have been replaced with fairly narrow, chartreuse balancing beams, which follow the original paths in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, providing an increased challenge. The beam in the middle segment has small, indigo walls on the sharp bends to prevent excessive difficulty.
