Drum is the 34th Expert floor in Monkey Ball and Super Monkey Ball and the 63rd Expert stage in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe. It also appears as the 173rd Ultimate stage with continues and the 213th without continues.
In Story Mode, it appears as World 9-8 and is given a 7 out of 10 difficulty rating.
Description[]
This stage is considered very hard if the player does not go at the right time. There are three rolling drums moving at different speeds. The middle drum moves the fastest while the other two drums move slower than it and at the same speed. The drums will line up at about 27:00 seconds, 17:00 seconds, and 7:00 seconds (30:00 seconds, 20:00 seconds, 10:00 seconds, and 0:00 seconds in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe). The goal is located on a small, rectangular platform opposite to the starting platform.

There are two strategies given, one for Monkey Ball and Super Monkey Ball, and one for Super Monkey Ball Deluxe because the drums line up at a different time in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe.
Monkey Ball and Super Monkey Ball Strategy[]
to get to the goal with this strategy, go at about 29:00 seconds, and maintain your balance as well as possible to stay on course. Make and bump your way onto the goal platform, and then roll into the goal. If you start out later or earlier than this time, especially later than 27:00 seconds, it will be extremely hard to conquer this stage.
Super Monkey Ball Deluxe Strategy[]
this stage is likely to be harder to beat in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe because of how the drums line up much later at first, making you have to time it much more thoroughly. Because of this time difference, start out at about 22:00 seconds. Otherwise, repeat the same pattern as for the Monkey Ball and Super Monkey Ball strategy.
