Heavy Sphere is the 2nd Advanced Extra stage in Super Monkey Ball 2 (7th in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe) and the 137th Ultimate stage without continues.
Description[]
This stage features a heavy sphere, hence the name. It is floating above a platform with bends. There is a play switch. The play switch, when activated, makes the sphere move up and down, making the platform, above which the sphere is, push up and down, due to the sphere moving up and down.
Goal Tutorial[]
Press the play switch. Roll back to gain enough speed, and move forward at a time when you can make it onto the bending platform. Hold up as much as possible once you have started moving if the sphere is not blocking your path; otherwise, pull back until it has lifted up, and then proceed. If the platform has sent you flying far away, tilt backwards, so you can stop your momentum for when you land near the goal.
Shortcut[]
Build enough speed. Then, try to jump with the play switch not activated. If you did it right, you will bounce with enough speed to reach the platform that leads to the goal.
Trivia[]
- There is a drawing of GonGon on the heavy sphere.
- The heavy sphere has "16t" written on it, indicating the sphere weighs 16 tons.
