Helix

Helix is the 8th Master Extra stage of Super Monkey Ball 2, Super Monkey Ball Deluxe, and Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania, the 298th Ultimate stage without continues in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe, and the 138th Marathon stage of Super Monkey Ball 2 in Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania.

Description[]

This stage is considered one of the very hardest stages in Super Monkey Ball 2 and Super Monkey Ball Deluxe. It consists of a long spiral made up of a half cylinder, curving down to a straight path. There are two goals hanging off the flat side of the straight path. The blue goal is hanging off the side facing up while the green goal is positioned vertically.

Goal Tutorial[]

You'll need to go onto the platform leading up to the spiral, and then start going down along the slide as far to the right of it as you can. Once you are up at a bend, get prepared to change your momentum and direction. Go relatively slowly on this stage. However, you must maintain a decent amount of momentum to stay on the spiral. Otherwise, you'll end up sliding off of it. Once you get to the next and final bend, proceed and stay on-course like for the straight path at the beginning of the stage. And once you are lined up with the blue goal, fall into it. If you want to reach the green goal, then proceed past the blue goal and nearly to the end of the spiral. Once you are nearly at the end of the spiral, move fast and fall into the green goal.
