Inchworms is the 8th Advanced stage in Super Monkey Ball 2 and the 27th Advanced stage in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe. It also appears as the 67th Ultimate stage with continues and the 87th without continues.
In Story Mode, it appears as World 2-8 in Super Monkey Ball 2 and as World 2-13 in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe. It is given a 6 out of 10 difficulty rating.
Description[]
This stage features three platforms that somewhat resemble inchworms. They increase with speed transitioning from the blue goal to the red goal. There is a fast-forward switch and a play switch.
Goal Tutorial[]
Blue Goal[]
To get to the blue goal, it is easier to beat the stage with the play switch activated. But if you want to get the time bonus, you should not activate the play switch. From here, roll to the first inchworm across which you come. Now, roll onto the inchworm, and keep moving until you are at a visible edge. Repeat this pattern until you reach the goal.
Green Goal[]
To get the green goal, it is recommended that you activate the play switch as it is considered hard with the fast-forward switch activated. From here, roll to the second inchworm across which you come. Now, roll onto it, and repeat a similar pattern to the blue goal strategy but faster.
Red Goal[]
To get to the red goal, it is recommended that you activate the play switch. However, it is still considered very difficult this way. From here, roll to the final inchworm across which you come. Now, start going forward as soon as the inchworm contracts. Keep going until you reach the goal.
