Monkey Race is a Party Game in Super Monkey Ball. In it, the monkeys race around the course, in their traditional Monkey Balls, and use items and boost pads to go faster and sabotage their opponents.

Game Modes

Frozen Highway	Advanced	4	Arctic	A frozen-themed track with many sharp turns that are guaranteed to throw players off the track.
Sky Downtown	Advanced	3	Monkey Mall	A track with many turns and speed pads that may throw the player off-course if they're not careful.
Pipe Warp Tunnel	Expert	4	Space	A track with two dips in the first turn, which ends with two sharp turns, and a curved surface on the way back to the start.
Speed Desert	Expert	2	Desert	An AV-shaped logo makes up the entirety of the course. In addition, the course is long, slightly-tilted straightaways, and many sharp turns.

Speed Star		Increase your speed for a limited time.
Banana Peel		Drop a banana peel on the ground. The player rolling over it will slip.
Bowling Bomber		Roll a bomb that will explode on contact with your opponent.
Polygon Ball		Your opponent's ball becomes polygonal for a limited time.
Ice Cube		Turns your opponent into an ice cube for a limited time, and make him/her slip.
