Pirates Ocean - Stage 8 is the 8th stage of the 5th world, Pirates Ocean, in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz (HD).
Description[]
This stage features two large towers. There is an ascending, spiralling path that eventually leads the player to the goal. This path has vermilion sides, octopus enemies, and bananas along the way. There are gaps along the way, which increase the farther the player makes along the path. Eventually, the vermilion sides disappear. There are bridges at the beginning of the stage.
Goal Tutorial[]
To get to the goal, roll along the bridge connecting from the starting platform to the tower with the goal. Then, roll up the ascending path while avoiding the octopus enemies. Jump whenever there are gaps. Be very careful when there is more than one gap right away by having a moderate speed and jumping two times in a row. Be weary when the vermilion sides disappear. Once you make it up to the top of the ascending path, hop onto the top of the tower and into the goal.
Trivia[]
- This stage contains a double banana. The banana immediately after the small barriers disappear is actually 2 bananas in the same spot. Collecting it will increase the banana count by 2, and will play the banana collection sound twice as loud.
- This is no longer the case in Banana Blitz HD.
