Quick Turn is the 8th Beginner Extra stage in Super Monkey Ball 2 (18th in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe) and the 58th Ultimate stage without continues.
In Story Mode, it appears as World 7-10 in Super Monkey Ball 2 and as World 7-17 in Super Monkey Ball Deluxe. It is given a 5 out of 10 difficulty rating.
Description[]
This stage is a long rectangle with seven triangles moving side-to side in a straight line. There is a play switch and a fast-forward switch on the starting platform. The triangles increase in speed from the beginning to the end of the stage, up to the point where the last triangle is overwhelmingly fast.
Goal Tutorial[]
To get to the goal, it is recommended to activate the play switch as it is much harder to beat the stage with the fast-forward switch activated. From here, stick to the left or right side of the stage, so it will take longer for a triangle to come back and strike you off the stage. Proceed until a triangle arrives in front of you. Once you make it to the last triangle, wait until the triangle arrives; and as soon as it heads back the other way, charge ahead, and then brake as soon as possible to avoid falling out. Then, just roll into the goal.
Faster Strategy[]
This strategy makes the stage much easier. Hold up straight right the before the stage starts, and keep holding up straight until you make it to the end. You should reach the goal without any of the triangles hitting you.
