Volcanic Magma (きゅうかざんのマグマ Dormant Volcano's Magma) is the 2nd world in Super Monkey Ball 2, Super Monkey Ball Deluxe, and Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania. The soundtrack for this world has been remixed in Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania.
Description[]
This world takes place inside Jungle Island's active volcano. Magma flows all around the cave interior, from higher up flowing down to the pools below. The cave is decorated with a massive dragon statue, a temple in the distance and floating fountain structures.
Story Mode[]
Volcanic Magma is Story Mode's 2nd world, which hosts easy to intermediately difficult stages.
Plot[]
The four monkeys gather around to think of a plan to stop Dr. Bad-Boon. However, Bad-Boon's plan is to marry MeeMee in exchange for the return of all of the bananas, but she refuses. Angered, Bad-Boon's new plan is to plant a time bomb inside the island's volcano to cause it to erupt and sink Jungle Island into the ocean. Will the monkeys stop him in time before the bomb explodes?

Trivia[]
- The floating fountain structures look very similar to the ones found in Super Monkey Ball's Banana Island world, without the poles supporting them.
- In Banana Mania, several Volcanic Magma stages now have stalactites decorating the undersides of the stages. However, this is not the case for the stages that use this world in Challenge Mode.
