Volcanic Pools - Stage 5 is the 5th stage of the 7th world, Volcanic Pools, in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz (HD).
Description[]
This stage is considered very hard. It features a series of rectangular tiles, which must be traversed. There are green, stationary tiles, and there are brown rotating tiles. The brown rotating tiles increase numerously as the level proceeds. Also, The tiles become narrower towards the middle of the stage, but then they widen again. There are some bumpers before and after these tiles. There are little, circular platforms with banana bunches on them to the sides of the tiles.
Goal Tutorial[]
To get to the goal, roll along and avoid bumpers until you come to a series of tiles. From here, roll along the rotating tiles as smoothly as possible, and brake whenever you make it to a stationary tile. Try to stay on the rotating tiles as little as possible. Repeat this pattern until you make it across all of the tiles. Then, make your way to the goal while hopping up the steps while avoiding bumpers.
Changes in Banana Blitz HD[]
The green tiles are now about half the width that they used to be, increasing the difficulty of an already very difficult course. This has been changed especially towards the middle of the rotating tiles.
